The missing 3-year-old, Casey Hathaway, has been found alive and in good health.

According to the FBI, he is in good health, is talking and is being evaluated by doctors at Carolina East Medical Center. The toddler was found off Aurora Road, close to the intersection with Toler Road in Craven County.

Casey went missing from his grandmothers home on Toler Road on Tuesday around 2 p.m. The grandmother was inside the home while Casey and two other children played outside. When the two other kids came in, Casey stayed out.
