Kim and Kanye West are reportedly expecting their fourth child together via surrogacy!

Just last year, the couple welcomed their 3rd child, baby girl Chicago, who was also birthed via surrogate.

The rumor has not yet been confirmed, but just in case, Congrats to the family!
