Health is wealth! But – if Drake is on your playlist, you may be running slower because of it! A new study by Sportwear brand Pour Moi details the relationship between music and work-out performance with Beyoncé having the highest ranking on the list.
Runners who listened to Beyoncé cut their running time by two minutes and 45 seconds, whereas, runners who listened to Drake added nearly 15 extra minutes to their run-time.
BTS, Nicki Minaj, Doja Cat, and Katy Perry are also on the list of artists that drag runners down. Harry Styles, Britney Spears, Cardi B, Travis Scott, Kanye West, and Rihanna join Beyoncé’s winning team in enhancing runner’s times.
