WIKS TRIPLE PLAY
CONTEST RULES
These rules apply to Get Paid With The Triple Play Contest (“Contest”) conducted by Curtis Media Group. d/b/a WIKS (“Station”). In addition, the General Contest Rules posted at 1019online.com/general-contest-rules apply to this Contest. If there is a conflict between the General Contest Rules and the Rules for this Contest, the Rules for this Contest shall control.
1. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY
a. The Get Paid With The Triple Play Contest will begin 3/26/2020 and end on or about 5/1/2020. (End date subject to change based on prize availability.)
b. To participate in the Contest, listen for the “Triple Play Sounder” weekdays from 10am to 10pm. Be caller number 10 at 252-633-6102 for a chance to play the Triple Play song challenge and win. After the correct caller listens to 3 songs “jumbled up” they must guess all 3 song titles and artists correctly to win. If the song(s) has a feature appearance from other artists, those featured artists must also be mentioned to win. The contest will start with giving listeners a chance to win $25 Visa gift cards. As the Triple Play music challenge clues get more difficult, the listeners will have chance to win up to $100 in Visa gift cards.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. This Contest is open to all Station listeners who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and reside in Eastern North Carolina listening area, except void where prohibited by law. Contestants must possess a valid, government-issued ID. Winner must show proof of Eastern NC residency to verify eligibility. Contestants must use their own name and information. Contestants are not allowed to use anyone else’s name or information for qualifying or contesting.
b. Only one (1) qualifier per immediate family member and/or household. Must be 21 or older and reside within the WIKS listening area in Eastern North Carolina to qualify and win.
3. PRIZES
a. Prize ranges from $25 to $100 in Visa gift cards depending on difficulty of the Triple Play challenge.
b. Prizes or prize certificates must be claimed at the office of the Station located at 207 Glenburnie Dr, New Bern, NC 28560, Monday-Friday, during regular business hours. Prize or prize certificate must be claimed within 60 days of winning. Failure to claim Prize by the specified time will result in forfeiture of the prize. If the office is closed due to the Coronavirus pandemic, prizes will be mailed. When prizes are mailed, the STATION is not responsible for prizes getting lost in the mail. It is the winner’s sole responsibility to claim the Prize or prize certificate within the timeline provided in these Official Rules.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS
a. Listeners must be the 10th caller after hearing the sounder, and must successfully answer the Triple Play music challenge to win and claim the prize.
b. Winner must listen to win.
c. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
5. CONDITIONS
a. See “General Contest Rules” for additional conditions.
b. The Station reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement on air and by publication at 1019online.com.
c. For website contests: By use of the Station’s website and by entering this Contest, contestants agree to the Station’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy located at 1019online.com.
d. Copies of the written contest rules and a list of all winners are available during regular business hours at the main studio of the Station, 207 Glenburnie Dr, New Bern, NC 28560, or by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the Station.
