Eric Holder, the alleged killer of Nipsey Hussle, has been indicted by a grand jury, who decided to add on two new charges.
Holder was previously charged with 4 crimes: murder, 2 counts of attempted murder and possession of a firearm by a felon. The jury has decided to add two charges of assault with a firearm, for the victims who were wounded in the shooting. Even though Holder was already charged, the grand jury was done to skip over the preliminary hearing, the setting where a judge must find a probable cause of crime in order to make the defendant stand trial.
No word on why the DA wanted to skip the preliminary.
Two women have submitted statement’s to the DA’s office, saying Holder attacked their male friend. Holder allegedly pistol-whipped a man nearly one hour before Nipsey’s murder. They say Holder accused their friend of selling him “laced marijuana.”
