Jussie Smollett has plead not guilty in to the 16 counts against him for allegedly filing a false police report for the hate crime attack against him. He is set back in court in April and has been advised to attend every court date.
As of now, he is allowed to travel to L.A. and NY for meetings with his lawyers, but he must give a 48 hour notice before making any moves. When traveling to Chicago, he must check in 24 hours in advance.
Jussie’s lawyer called the indictment “overkill.”
