Police have located a missing 84-year-old man in Kinston. The Kinston Police Department said that Paul Kinsey was found safe at a local health care facility.

The Kinston Police Department said that Paul Kinsey was last seen near 113 East Capitola Avenue Monday around 7 a.m.
