The amount of treatment Bill Cosby receives for his sex offender rehab will all depend of the type of sex offender he is and how much danger he poses. The program Cosby must go through is called Responsible Living: A Sex Offender Treatment Program, a program that all sex offenders must complete. The program has 7 phases.

Phase 1: Responsibility Taking, Phase 2: Behavioral Techniques, Phase 3: Emotional Well-Being, Phase 4: Victim Empathy, Phase 5: Anger Management, Phase 6: Sex Education, Phase 7: Relapse Prevention

An evaluation will determine what type of risk he is and what sort of treatment he will receive. If he is high risk, he will have to complete all 7 phases of the program. If he is low risk, he is only required to take 3 stages, Responsibility Taking, Sex Education and Relapse Prevention.
