Last month, a woman came forward saying that in 2002, while at a party in Vegas, Jamie Foxx allegedly slapped her with his penis after she refused to perform oral sex.

Jamie has now been cleared of the sexual assault investigation.

The 3 year statue of limitations for the case have BEEN up.
